Students were introduced to the concepts of creative animations and then taken through necessary skills needed to be successful in animating. Within groups of 4-5 students from either Years 5-6 or Years 7-8 and facilitated by 1-2 teachers or support staff, students created individually, in partners or as a whole. Productions were synthesised into a group project for presentation.
Once again, we gained enormous support from Mac1. In a team of four, they supplied, imaged and setup 57 laptops for the day, enabling all students to be fully and productively engaged. Similarly, each teacher had their own laptop to work on to practise their skills in a safe environment loaded with individual support.
